Colorado Ballot Measures 2026¶

These are my opinions and how I plan to vote.

Title	Vote	My Thoughts
Amendment 81	No	ICE should be abolished and anyone who engaged in illegal and unconstitutional acts should be prosecuted.
Amendment 82	No	Stupid and useless. No one is banning methane ("natural" gas), this doesn't need to be a right.
Amendment 83	No	Vague wording, open for abuse.
Amendment 84	No	Adds useless requirements in a stupid attempt to solve something that isn't a problem.
Amendment 85	No	More stupid bullshit from the idiots at Advance Colorado.
Amendment 86	No	The state constitution already requires an independent commission, this amendment appears to be a longer rewrite of the existing wording. It's also being pushed by Advance Colorado which is a bad sign.
Amendment 87	Yes	Lower taxes for people making under $100k/year. Only increases taxes on those making over $500k/year, and not by much.
Proposition 132	No	Another stupid thing being pushed by Advance Colorado.
Proposition 133	No	Doesn't seem needed and was probably used to trick people into signing the two anti-trans ballot measures the group was also pushing. Using victims like that is disgusting.
Proposition 134	No	Anti-trans bullshit.
Proposition 135	No	More anti-trans bullshit.
Proposition 136	No	Conflicts with Amendment 87. Being pushed by Advance Colorado, of course.
Proposition 137	No	Reduces budget flexability without much upside.
Proposition NN	Yes	I'm generally in favor of raising TABOR caps.
